Paul worked for many years in the Financial Services Sector for several major institutions as a project team member for various developments and also as a Payroll Service Manager
More recently Paul led a set of project initiatives at the Natural History Museum in London, including HR systems procurement and implementation and the introduction of Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme services, as well as the rationalisation of Pensions Administration.
Paul joined the University in 2005 and worked on the CHRIS system implementation project. He continued to work as part of the HR systems team as Service Owner and Project Manager.
