What is SFIA?

SFIA describes the skills required by IT professionals in various roles. Established in 2000, SFIA has become a globally accepted common language for the skills and competencies required in the digital world. It allows individuals and organisations to form a common language to define skill, abilities and expertise in a consistent way.
