The following status reports were all reported on 11 March 2016. All times are in GMT.

14:04 We've had reports about web font serving connectivity problems in the United Kingdom. We're looking into this and we'll update as soon as we know more.

Notice of Service Degradation Affecting the London Region

Our monitoring systems have detected possible service degradation for the London region. VDMS engineers are working on mitigating this issue and will provide an update within 1 hour. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Network operation center at (877) 334-3236 or via .


Our CDN provider has confirmed they are having problems in their London location. We're in contact with our CDN provider and will provide updates as soon as we have them.

We've had some reports from other areas in Europe as well, we'll be looking into these and report back here.

14:47 Our service provider is working to redirect network traffic for the affected areas to a different location. We don't have an ETA to share with you yet, but it's being worked on. We're very sorry for this inconvenience.
15:19 We've had some reports from our customers that fonts are loading again, but we haven't received the all-clear from our CDN provider yet. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and are keeping status at "degraded" until we've confirmed.

[Update] Notice of Service Degradation Affecting the London Region

Verizon Digital Media Engineers have pulled additional resources to investigate the loss of connectivity in our London servers. Our senior engineers are currently implementing changes to mitigate the issue. We are slowly seeing improvements at this time. Users may experience errors and no connections to the London region. We will provide another update within 1 hour.

15:27 Our CDN provider has started restoring access to our web font network. You may still have trouble loading web fonts, or experience slow loading fonts while they complete the process. We'll update again once the process is completed.
15:39 @typekit Font loading is improving; keeping status at yellow until we've confirmed it's fully fixed.

[Resolved] Notice of Service Degradation Affecting the London Region

Verizon Digital Media Engineers have resolved the issue with connectivity issues in the London Region. Customers should no longer be affected with errors and connection timeouts.
