Skills Profile Launch

The IT Community Development Project have appointed HR expert Rinku Raina to specialise in assisting IT Professionals to develop their skill profiles using the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).

After completing her recent training and gaining accreditation to SIFA, Rinku has just conducted her first round of interviews with IT specialists at Pembroke College. Her input and guidance was greatly received.

Later in the year, Rinku and Marina Aldridge will be holding workshops to pass on the SFIA knowledge for selected IT Professional in the community to encourage the on-going progression of IT PPD .
