Phase 1 of the online Staff Review & Development (SRD) System, which introduces effective online administrative support for SRD activity in institutions, is now available.

SRD launch

The system will support and reduce the administration required to run an effective SRD scheme in institutions and is designed to make SRD more accessible to staff. The new system allows the accurate and efficient recording of probationary and SRD review information, generates reminders for review activities such as face-to-face meetings, and provides reports of staff who have had a review and/or are due a review.
