Strategic relationship management helps ensure your institution, staff and students get the most out of the UIS services. We also identify areas where new UIS services could support and enhance your institution's work.
Colleagues involved in strategic relationship management can be employed either in UIS or within an institution, such as a School, and often have additional responsibilities.
About the role
We:
-
work with your institution to understand the local needs of your end-users, to find:
-
issues with established services
-
opportunities for new services to meet emerging demands
-
-
share these issues and opportunities with Service Owners and Service Managers within UIS
-
inform the development of the UIS service portfolio
-
can advise your institution on how UIS’s resources are prioritised
-
can help your institution with strategic planning and personnel matters
-
usually play an active role in your institution’s IT Committee
