The IT Service Status System is expanding to become University Information Services primary channel for communicating IT maintenance and status updates.
Jon Holgate, Head of UIS Network Division will be explaining the technical functionality of the system and Nigel Thornton, UIS Interim Head of Communications will be highlighting the importance of the system as an effective communication tool.
